The Booking Process with KLR Calligraphy
We’ve made the booking experience simple and seamless. Here’s what you can expect:

Reach out to share your event details—location, date, timing, estimated guest count, and the items you'd like personalized.Customized Quote
Our live event engraving service starts at $225 per hour, with a preferred minimum of 3 hours to provide an exceptional experience for you and your guests.Pre-Event Planning
You’ll provide a sample item, and we’ll coordinate any logistics to ensure smooth execution. We can engrave roughly 15 to 20 items per hour, depending on the text length and material.Event Day Setup
We arrive 30 minutes early to set up, with a professional table display and optional sign-up sheet for guest requests.The Experience
Each piece is carefully drafted, engraved live on-site, and available for pickup once completed. For certain materials, we may enhance the engraving with a gold or silver finish (excluding drinkware for safety reasons).
Setup Needs
To ensure success, we kindly request:
A sturdy table and chair with back support
An outlet (for wood burning or heat foil services)
A well-lit space (we also travel with our own lighting)
